My litature shows good till April 16th. Payment must be paid in full and no monthly payments. I just signed my 2 grandsons up on Monday with a credit card.
If you try to sign up a child on line the year date won't go below 1995 or 18 yrs of age. So I had to call the 800-NRA-2013 number and the lady took the kids with no problem. No brith date required.

Good time to join as a Lifer at a 700.00 discount.
