Anyone else getting these stupid offers in the mail? I mean it is insulting that they think I am so stupid that I would sell my land for $443 an acre? Really.

Yes. It’s a genius idea I wish I would have developed. Try to catch Granny off her rocker with some mineral rights. They offered me $2300/acre on the low ball. I had to laugh before it went to the shredder.
All you need is a few stupid or desperate fish to bite. Then boom, cash out with your winnings. Wish I would’ve thought of it. But no, this is the first I’ve heard of this type of letter.

I got one about a year ago....also offering a fraction of what I paid for my land. Only got the offer for Ohio...not my properties in NJ, so they must be targeting Ohio...possibly other midwestern states.

Wow, $443 an acre, but only if we have road access. And, I thought I got a good buy at $730 an acre on my property. I guess having electric already on sight made the $730 an acre worth it.
