One shot....3 dead

I arrowed an adult doe January 28, 2010 that was carrying triplets. all about the size of a large mouse by then. it was a little disturbing field dressing that one, but the DOW gave me a medal. :ROFLMAO:

When my son was little he was selected to participate in a late season Killdeer Plains hunt... he learned a lot that day. He had already harvested a buck earlier in the month so holding out for a buck wasn't an option.

I shot a doe years ago and it had four embryos inside. I’ve never seen a doe with four fawns so I’m curious if she would’ve abandoned one or maybe they would’ve been born early/stillborn. I know I’ve got a picture of it in my photo album so I’ll have to go look for it.
