OSTA at Ashland

Today was my first time at the Ashland County Wildlife Conservation League and it was impressive! A lot of acreage, ponds to fish, plenty of room for camping, a very nice club house/barn and the course didn't disappoint either. My "flat-lander" legs had the workout of a lifetime on those hills.

I ended up shooting with the OSTA club president for part of the course and learned about their new "bare bow" classification. I think this new classification will draw in new members, for the future of their membership. I'd go back there anytime!

I am a member of Ashland and even though it is a 50 minute drive I try to get up often. I always help set the 3D courses and I shoot in both the summer and winter leagues.
I am glad you enjoyed the shoot and the grounds. I be heading that way this morning.

As a member you can use the indoor or outdoor ranges anytime it is really convenient
