I noticed I do not have the option of going to the last page in a thread... Have to keep clicking next... This can be a PIA with a thread Giles created about vehicles etc. Gotta hit next 5000 times to see last response...
Your home internet service provider is caching the old site address. Website URLs point to a IP address, when the IP is changed all the routers out there have to check for the new record or they keep getting pointed to the old address. You mobile provider has updated their DNS record, your internet provider hasn't. Which is strange because the time to live on the record has been 30 seconds since last Friday. You can try bouncing your home router and see if that helps.
Not sure about that one. If it knows what the new post is then it should jump to the new unread post on its own when you click the title. Unless there are no new posts in a thread, then clicking the thread title would take you to post 1 on page 1. Let me know if it improves as you use the site and your cache catches up.
@Fletch I was able to recreate it. If it's a thread you haven't read since the migration it may not take you to the most recent post the first time you click that thread. If that happens just do as you did and click "go to new" and it should take you to the first unread post. After that, you shouldn't have to do it for that thread again and it should take you right to the newest post.
