Preparing wild turkey

We made mine the other night. Left breasts whole. Rubbed Italian dressing on them and injected it with creole butter. Cooked it on the grill.
 
Soak one half of breast in mesquite marinade for a day or two . Cook in crock pot all day then shred it and mix with sweet baby rays BBQ sauce . Put that on a decent bun and top with Cole slaw and a splash of hot sauce
 
I leg and breast mine.

Breast usually turn into "chicken" strips.
Legs usually end up in crockpot or I make turkey pot pies with the leg meat.
 
Breast turn to nuggets and cook they legs 8 hrs in crock pot with chicken stock or broth, then shred off bone and put that in homemade noodle and some biscuit and mashed tater. Damn good chit
