Thanks everyone! The guy is only 28 or 29. This didn't come easy to him but his passion and perseverance has paid off.
Talked to Cleat a little while ago and his army reserve team had 13 out of the 100 as well, he also had heard of your shooter and was very happy for him... He lights up like a kid at Xmas talking about this....
