I could use a nice stock pot that's 32+ quarts and would prefer one with a basket for putting up corn. Lots of varied reviews out there, so I'm turning to TOOville for some input. I'm looking at a King Kooker right now and I've seen some cheap ones, but worry about burning them up in short order.

What 'cha got you've had good luck with?

I think swanny was running two of the 6.5 qt. bass pro fryers. They run specials on them for $25 frequently. They do sell one that's a 30 Qt for $69 (giggity). That comes with stand and propane hook up.

Make sure you get one with a basket! I have two big pots with baskets that I use for everything from seafood boils to steaming corn to clambakes etc.... I took 4 stainless steel bolts to modify the basket so it would set up off the bottom of the pot. That way I can steam instead of boiling. Works great for corn and crab legs. Let me know if you want a pic Jesse. I got them at an MC Sports on clearance about 15 years ago when they were closing the location.
