Shoot through mesh

I think I may have seen a thread on this somewhere, but I can't find it. Matter of fact it may even have been me that asked it...:smiley_depressive: Anybody use the mesh windows on a blind and shoot through? Does it affect arrow flight? I shoot fixed blades and wouldn't even think about it with mechanicals, but I just wonder what it does to the arrow to have to go through that stuff before it hits the supposed target???

Anybody got any thoughts?

You can shoot a fixed blade broadhead through it with no ill-effect, but mechanicals are a no-go.

I've practiced and done ok with fixed heads before, but not yet in the field. One thing I would say is I think it best to make sure the mesh is tight.

My buddy took one at 42 yards thru shoot thru mesh. Only use fixed points. I like Slick Tricks because they are small.
