Coffee can with a bunch of holes in it. A pair of pliers to hold the can, and a fan to waft it around you.

Most of those are sold as antiques. You'll need to make sure they still have the removable grate in the bottom and that it's tall enough. And also that the bellows aren't dry rotted and can still withstand a bunch of use. Much easier to just buy a new one for 29 bucks.
