Being overrun with the Yellow Squash this year, I have not been able to eat enough off the grill and cooked in everything I make. I took Mike's advice and made some pickles with it a couple days ago. I gotta say they were awesome. Today I'm going to make several more batches with some Garlic and Jalapenos mixed in and store them for the year. Im hosting a poker tournament saturday so to go with a batch of salsa, I will providing several varieties of pickled veggies to munch on.
