Standing Timber sale advise wanted

I am looking at selling some standing timber and would like any impute on how to maximize the sale. Red Oak, Walnut, Poplar and maybe some cherry.
I don't want to cut it myself and thinking a sealed bid is the way but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I had a 25 acre select cut (24" stump base minimum) done a few years ago and had four buyers come out. I selected the buyer (12Tree) based on the money and how they would leave the woods (quad trails open, ruts refilled). The ODNR also provides some information.
