I’m heading out around 2:30. Wind will be shifted to NNW and should be a drizzle here and there plus cloudy. Think it’ll be a good sit but we’ll see.

I don't bow hunt in the rain! The loss of a blood trail, on a deer would be devastating. Immediately, after a rain, yes.

That being said, I went out and tried it anyway. Nutz! Never again!
If I was in a ground blind and hunting turkeys, that would be a different story.

was there all last week , had a 6 bust me at 18 yards and a couple does bust me . Was real close on the buck but wind was not in my favor and he knew something was up . Was a wet week for sure then warm Thursday and perfect Friday . I killed a nice branch in front of a fat doe

. My son shot a 10 point that stoped bleeding on Tuesday . We tracked it till 10 then the blood stoped . On our way out Friday we saw him in a field so I am hoping he makes it . Shot must of been to far forward on the shoulder , he was shooting a Mathews with a rage and the shot was 18 yards and did not get a pass thru . We gave it hell from sun up to sun down for 7 days and I am feeling it . The hills get a lil bigger each year .wish I was starting another week there today [emoji1303][emoji1303][emoji1303]good luck guys
