Yesterday my daughter asked me to train with her for the fall soccer season. We did a bunch of running drills including beep test, 10 yard shuttles and timed 40 yard dashes so we can measure progress.

I pulled a hammy reading that!
This had been a 4ft high pile of rocks and dirt from when we put in our yard. One of two spots we put the rock hound debris.
Took most of the morning with my mini skid.
Relaxing with a beer, water, cigar and a mt dew and then onto changing mower blades and getting into the grass.
