What's wrong with this deer??

I would definitely say infection of some sort! Even in the lower jaw and lips look swollen. Maybe he is why the coyotes seem to be hanging around the area!?

I cant see it too well, but from the bottom picture, it looks like it's eye has been damaged. I've seen this in several bucks that have been brought into the shop. Eye usually gouged out from fighting or whatever. I would say this doe has an eye gouged by a stick or limb or something. It swells up with infection.
