It was good, my wife and I enjoyed it but our son did not but he is 4 so what does he know.

I used shrimp, minced clams, cod and fake crabmeat in it. I also added the butter before the flour. It got the seal of approval from the wife to make it again.

I also figured the wine would be a nice touch for a special occasion.

I am contemplating adding some hot sauce to it for another flavor. Not enough for heat but just another flavor in the mix.
