Winchester 12 16 gauge with full choke I think its from the early 40s. Overall its in good shape it does have some pitting on the barrel. It is not in pieces the barrel just screws off. If you have questions please ask.

Do the serial numbers match on the barrel and receiver?
If it's from the 40's the serial numbers start at 814,122 in 1940 and end at 1,214,041 in 1949
