Wine berries....

Just wondering.... Do you guys have wine berries in Ohio???? They are in the rasberry family... Bushes here are loaded... X-bow Ric would go nuts picking them....

I found a few vines at our place this year. I had to look them up to see what they were. They taste great.

They do taste good... I saw bushes today that were loaded... You could get gallons without walking very far...

Glenna would freak out...she loves any red raspberries. I like them too but black rasp are my favorite. I do like picking them all though.

Stopped today along the road and without leaving the truck I picked about a quart in a couple minutes... Snacked on them all day...

I actually didn't know what they were till about 3 years ago... This year they are tons of them.. They say they freeze very well...
