My second passion is hard water fishing. Nothing better than chasing eyes on a frozen Lake Erie. Bring on the cold and snow.

I'm saying we're going to get hit hard. Early snow and cold.From what I'm hearing, theirs going to be at least 15 ruts. Due to the sky rocketing deer populations.

One of three things will happen. Either we're going to get hammered and have a rough winter, it'll be unseasonably warm or it'll be something close to average. I'll known in March which prediction is most accurate. Lol.

As long as we have a mild winter like last year I'll be happy.

I plan to just as soon as the wife decides to stop working part time. Have a place picked out as we already looked at it 4-5 yrs ago. Would go the week after deer season is over and be back April sometime.

May be the time to buy in Florida. I'll bet many residents have had enough. Snow we can shovel and it melts. Wind can't be slowed down by any means.

My daughter arrived in Hilton Head today. She called to let us know they arrived safely. 95 degrees when she arrived, glad I'm here today.
