Decided to play with my Chubby again this weekend. I bought 3 racks, covered them in Worcestershire sauce and Killer Hogs rub. Threw them on the grill while I was cleaning the garage. I also gave Beeners sausage roll a shot. Pretty easy. Everything turned out great. The garage? Not so much. Cracked a beer a little too early. Neighbors could smell the BBQ and started wandering over.
I threw two pork shoulders on the smoker. 3# & 3.5#. Covered I sweet baby rays honey mustard dipping sauce and Killer Hogs rub. We will see how it goes. This is my first attempt at pork shoulders.
