Y’all need to quit dragging them out. Over 50% is something your not eating or more on wild hogs. For what it’s worth the back straps and hind quarters are worth packing out on most small to 140# hogs. Those are not farm meat hogs. Need to be eradicated. Pack shopping bags and a knife.

I’m sure Dan will post some hero shots at some point. Here’s a couple from my one hour journey tonight, a mile deep. Two shots with the 1100 and 00 had her dead. Could have hand fed all 10 of her piglets after she died when they came to nurse on her dead body. Thanks to Dan for the assist with the game cart! Back at it in 6 hours!

Since they want them eradicated and they are considered invasive pests, why wouldn't you have shot all the piglets? Similar to groundhogs. Just wondering?

Heading out for the last hunt last night I noticed the Eccurdion developed a squeak, I thought either the belt or it sounded like the alternator pulley. Pulled out of camp this morning to head home and hit the marathon to fuel up and noticed coolant. I turned around to go 5 miles back to camp and by then she dumped coolant.

Thankfully Chance was around and out hunting. He ran me up to Napa and his dad for tools, then back to his dad's to get that bitch of a fan clutch off and helped me turn wrenches and get that sucker out and back in. He really came through and saved my ass.

Rolled out a out 5:30 for the 7 hour drive home.
