Well, no fishin today. My little girl has been puking all afternoon. Not good... but despite feeling like crap, she's more pissed that we didn't get to go fish. THAT is good.
"I wish I didn't puke all day, and we were out fishin' instead Daddy. I'm just mad I'm sick now. It's not fair"
Just pulled in to baseball practice with aholdren's son. I'm pretty pumped to be helping out. Got my minerals and cams out today at the farm and Paradise. Spent time with the family reclaiming the farm after a long winter and early spring! It was a damn good day...

It was TOO good to pull into the ballfields to see Jesse sitting there waiting to play some baseball with a bunch of 7 and 8 year old boys. He gets out of the truck pulling what looks to be a suitcase and Im thinking "what the hell is in that bag??????", he opened it and I expected to see a body from the size of it and the first thing he grabs is a little tiny red looking stick. After some explaining I figure out this is a great training tool. I will say he seemed right at home with the boys and I really appreciated his time and PATIENTS..... I want to say Thank You again for your time today and I really look forward to you spending time with my boy and helping me mold him into a ball player.
I played my last basketball game ever last night in the Wv vs. Ohio game. There was some amazing talent there last night on the Wv side, with a couple kids going to big schools like louisville and akron. I only had 2 points, but it was nice to compete agian and get on the floor with some amazing players. Today I'm gonna do a little mowing and then head tothe campground with a few buddies. Atta be a good day.
Got to have breakfast and be with JBrown this morning. Finally got to meet face to face. After gorging ourselves at Perkins drove next door and did some window shopping at the fin.
Getting ready to shoot trap and this pulls up. And the guy gave me an onion sack full of purple ramps! Pretty fuggin' cool!!!

Spent the day at our farm, and along with my uncle put a deck on the hunting/ summer camper and then did some morel hunting, only found one morel but the deck turned out great!
Dang it, Hoyt... I thought I told you not to make it sound all gay-like. lmao It was great to finally meet you, buddy.

Ditto here... at #6. Gonna be hunting the Easter bunny tonight. Spotlight is at the ready.
Had 5 of those and 4 Platinums over the 6 hours of trap shooting. Had 3 Busch heavys afterwards. Just picked up another 12 of heavys for a beer pong tourney. Gonna be a rough morning in church! Ate raw ramps all day TOO, with soup beans and chili. Who wants some?!? lmao
