Seriously that is the first time I have EVER heard about dipping peanut butter sandwiches in chili:smiley_confused_vra

Sadly, you're not the first person that I've heard/read of saying this. Like Greg said, you don't know what you're missing. Hell, they even used to serve peanut buttered bread with our chili lunches in high school!

Man, you are missing out!

I suppose you don't put corn bread and syrup in your soup beans either?

If you don't do that, your hillbilly card should be revoked ASAP.

I went to school in Ohio from 8th through 10th grade and still never heard of that and never had them served at school lunch.

Tom, you are really missing out. For some reason a peanut butter sandwich cut or torn in half must be submerged in chili! The tastes of both are really good together. I prefer JIF PB but any kind is alright. Like JB said, back in HS in the SE at least, when we had chili we always had a PB sandwich and apple crisp. One of my favorite meals in school. Oh, Ron and I also poured our white milk over our apple crisp before we ate that TOO! Lol
We both played football and the football team always ate together. We were the only two who did these to things to our chili meals. By the end of the school year nearly everyone on the team was doing it! Lol True story!
