well back from the hospital, things went well, besides the nurse gettin carried away with the razor! hell im missing half my pubic hair! the shot was alittle painful but not very bad at all, my left leg is real weak right now and the injection site is hurting pretty bad right now but overall it went well I think, we will be able to tell for sure after 24 to 48 hours, hope it works.

Best of luck brother. I know what those shots feel like and it shouldn't be long before the pain goes away. Just take it easy and remember, just cause it feels ok doesn't mean you should do it lol.

Hey now, watch it......I'm in my 50's! :smiley_cry:

Anyway, though I've never had one of those shots for a hip, they did work wonders on my elbow.

Sorry to hear this. Dad battled this for years with his knees had one replaced in his mid forties he still gets in a stand and lays em down. Replacements have come a long way in the last 12 years and hips are quicker recovery time than knees. You'll find your way back in a stand.

Well tell ya what guys I know these shots are not a cure for my hips and are only a "temporary" fix but this is the first time in months that i am sitting here and not in pain. I really appreciate all the positive thoughts and words of encouragement, I was really down in the dumps about the whole situation earlier in the week but after reading everything that was wrote on here and receiving my first injection yesterday I am feeling pretty good now!! I just wanted to tell everyone THANK YOU and really appreciate being a part of the TOO family!!

Great to hear your getting some relief Tad. I hope it last a few months for ya before you have to do it again. If I remember right they told me no more then 3-4x a year ?

Tad, if the 'scaping was too uncomfortable, I'll try to find the link of Beener's review of Moundy's Manscaping services...

they told me I could get them every 3 months, some studies say that it is not good for the bone in the direct area to receive numerous injections, but hell I have to get them replaced anyhow so does it really matter?

I really am sorry to hear this Tad. I've talked to people who had joints replaced, and some have claimed they should have done it much sooner! But of course, that was AFTER all the hassles and rehab.

Tad, I am not just being nice.... I am serious. If a crossbow will help you hunt at all, you just say the word and Bow and Bolts will be delivered to your door for Nothing. Hell, I'll come get it later or pay shipping for return. It would do my heart good just to help out.

As far as the mid-50's Blonde.... Yes they are still HOT as nothing changes. In fact, it get's even BETTER!
