I used it on Saturday evening down in Athens. Three deer were within 5 yards of it with the wind blowing right to them. They checked us out for quite a while and then went about feeding. I can't say the evercalm had anything to do with it as it is exactly the same thing that happened Friday when the only smell those deer were smelling was hickory smoke. However, I can say it did not spook them at all...and that is a lot better than most "deer scents" I've used over the years! That stuff smells just like a deer to me, and again, that is something I can't say for most of the scents I tried years ago! I'm looking forward to using it more in the coming weeks.

I've had it or 2 weeks now. This is only the 5th use today. Previously I couldnt tell you yay or nay. The deer just seems to ignore it. Anyways this am I had a doe coming in from my left. She was at 30 yds and very spooky, she was stomping her feet and head bobbing me for 5 min. She took a few steps and was standing where I had walked in with the ever calm on my boots. She immediately put her head down and smelled around without a care in the world.

That is why I will continue using it Diablo. My results are similar minus the spooky. My doe came in calm, stopped and sniffed and remained calm. Prior to this, she may have just smelled my boots and then gotten spooky.

I ran out last week & bought a stick. I don't know what the correlation might be, but ever since I used some where my cams are, the constant deer activity has come to an almost stop. I'm betting that their patterns are changing, but I know for sure that they're not paying much attention to this stuff either.

I'm officially sold after killing my buck. He is at least 4.5, maybe older, so to see him act as he did around the trail I walked in on completely sold me. He was actually picking leaves up with his mouth, licking them, and spitting them out. No more than 3 hours after I walked down the trail I killed him on, he followed it for 40 yards smelling the ground the whole way...

Dang. Now that is a sales pitch and a half!

I had two fawns follow my trail to less than 5 yards from my tree yesterday morning. The track was less than 40 minutes old.

I killed my first deer with a bow this year. I had very similar results at the ones posted. I put it on my boots when I got to the edge of the woods. Deer came in crossing the trail I walked in on. Stopped followed the trail with its head down sniffing. Went to a stump I hap put the evercalm on. Sniffed it for a few minutes then calmly continued about its business.
I do not smoke up (have thought about trying it but just haven't pulled the trigger). I am pretty good about scent control. So the reaction I saw I can only contribute to the Evercalm as there was no smoke. He is now in my freezer. I believe the Evercalm helped. Hopefully I can add more tests soon.

I used the Trophy Blend this year. I can't really say positive or negative. The first little doe that came in, would not go past where I put it basically. But she hung around eating white oak acorns, why I picked the stand. The 4 point that came in did the same thing. Did they do it because of what they smelled or because I picked the biggest cluster of white oaks around? The buck I shot while the 4 was eating came right in but was upwind. He did stop when he got to where I put it and smelled around. I did have a doe cross my trail where I walked and had put it in my boots, as did 5 other deer, none spooked, but none stopped to smell either. I've never had any issue with deer smelling where I crossed. So even though it's not evercalm, it's the same stuff. I am not sold nor against it. I'll use it again, but I'm not thinking it's the next sliced bread either...

I've had three different encounters so far this year where I felt I probably should have been busted by the way the deer acted, but oddly enough, they just went back to doing there thing. Twice, the deer actually hung around after darn near having a spaz attack. I'm not one bit afraid to smear some on my boots and use it as cover scent. Haven't had a negative experience with it yet.

I was gonna try some on my wife, but I seriously doubt her attitude will change any. Just the same, the does I encountered today did not like it. I think perhaps that since they weren't coming into esterous yet, they thought what they smelled was a buck & they then didn't wanna be around.

Put it on my boots before I walked in, and had 5 deer come down the same trail today, noses to the ground following the trail. Not saying they were spooked before they got to my trail, but they were definitly calm after smelling my trail.

I was using the Ever calm on Sunday when I had my grandson out and he shot his doe.
Couple groups of does came in and everyone of them would raise their head up in the air and sniff the air. It was neat seeing the steam flow out of their noses as they huffed and puffed and sniffed away.
Now mind you we were also smoked up. One doe walked over to my drag laying on a log and she got about 5 ft away from it and just jumped and ran couple feet and calmed down and just walked around.
I can say I have not had one deer bust out on me this entire year becasue of sent. Normally I have Ever Calm out and always smoked up. I am not about to not use one item to test the results. But the two together are working like I have never had anything work on scent control in the last 40 yrs.
I am sold on both Ever Calm and Smoking at the same time.
