Whitetail Buck Rescued from a Ditch

I've seen several deer rescues and most people don't think far enough ahead as to how they're going to get the rope back off of the animal, after they've pulled it out. These guys weren't afraid to get right in there and handled it very well. :smiley_bril:

I was very aggravated that they didn't tie off the dog. The dog could've made things a lot worse or it could've gotten killed in the process.

That is some crazy footage. I was thinking the same about the cameraman. Then they switched roles and the cameraman wrestled the deer to untie the rope. Wasn't much of a wrestling match, but still a crazy move. Have knife, will cut rope short. That is what i would have been attempting.

I'm not sure what the point was in tying him to the tree. Or for letting the dog go after him. That could have been much smoother IMO...

Yeah, that dog needed put in the house. And no doubt I would've just cut the rope as close as I could. That dude is lucky he didn;t get gored when he got the rope off.

I agree, I mean yeah they got the deer out and it went free..but put your damn dog in the house! And like Jesse said why tie it off on the tree?
And then he sits on it for like 2 mintutes after he had it free...these guys are dumbasses in my opinion.

pretty much my thoughts. What kind of man doesn't have a knife on them. oh yea, a liberal or dumb ass. Sorry if you don"t religiously carry a blade like I do but that's how I feel.
