Loved the lazer pointer idea.

Cannot agree more with the others: Huge congrats to your son!

Suggestions: I don't know. Maybe a sign to hold up? Picture of the middle finger on it? Whenever he gets stupid in his speech you can hold it up?

stash a "wireless fart machine" or two in the podium. mischeif.gif

You probably know Stanford is home of the Hoover Institution, a collection of who's who of conservative intellectuals. They could have picked members like Condi Rice, Thomas sowell, or Victor Davis Hanson but nooooo...

Yes, and one of my profs. Very valid point. Sowell's writing is extremely dry, I know that much. Condi is great, but she requires a personal plane and starts for graduations at $70,000. Then again, I'm sure Bloomburg is at least that amount and it's not like Stanford is in need of cash.

I read a Fox article last week that said that like 85% or something of the top 100 graduation ceremonies, the speaker was liberal. Makes complete sense given that higher education is almost a completely liberal venture.

not sure, but isn't kenyon college a liberal arts school?

Yes......It is an EXTREMELY liberal school. The first wookie Michelle spoke there last year, and used the time to brainwash these liberal kids even more. My fire department covers the entire campus, and it is amazing to see just how clueless these kids really are. They have absolutely no clue how the real world works......just what there messiah and his cronies tell them.

Thank Steve. The kids have worked very hard in school. I only have a high school education so I'm extra proud of their academic accomplishments.

Tough to beat that on Father's Day Sam. Outstanding accomplishment to be proud of by both your son and you and the Mrs. You have much to be proud of. Glad you didn't suffer too bad on the speech.
