Chufa

Guess I'll get this subforum started. Anyone have any experience with chufa? We planted some this year. Are we going to have deer in a line stretching into the next county? Is it better for turks than deer? Will the deer and turkey start breeding with each other to form a new extra good tasting species? Any thoughts appreciated.

turks only. it works well for them. maybe put in a clover plot for deer next too the chufa. the turks will use both(bugs in clover)
