I don't really have the recipe but the wife and I went out for her b-day on Tuesday. We shared a dish called wild mushroom pasta. It was probably the best pasta dish I have ever had. It had shitaki, portabella, and oyster mushrooms in a cream sauce. What really blew my mind was the pasta though, it was morell infused pasta and you could taste the morel in them. I got the waitress to tell me a little bit about it and her the pasta is made near Cleveland. As much as you guys like morells I figured I would share it with you.
