I'm looking for a range to sight in my 870 slug barrel and scope. I'm looking at range websites but looks like they are all clay target

Delaware State Park has a range you can go to. It is located on 229 just north of the lake. Pretty decent range. Will cost you $5 for a day pass to shoot but you can shoot out to 100 yards.

Yea I hunt there. Never went to the range. I saw the shotgun range was clay targets. I suppose the rifle range works for slugs . Doy lol didn't think about that
Don't see why it wouldn't
The trap range is just off to the side of the rifle and handgun range but the rifle range can handle anything you got. Don't think a slug compares much to the 308's that was being fired last time I was down there lol. I was shooting my 50cal muzzy so might as well been a slug gun.
Or if you only want to sight in at 25 yards you could go to blackwing shooting center and be indoors. I have sighted in shotguns there and know it is allowed. 20 for as long add you want our need no muzzy though.

If you go to delaware, you'll need to get your permit ahead of time. can be purchased on line. Cant pay at the range
Just print it off and go when you have time. I think it does have a used by date but I can't remember what that date is right off. Might be Dec. 31st but not 100% on that one.
