I can't ever remember seeing them before but after Joe's first post I had to look em up. Today driving home from work over 170 mines I saw around 20-25 different "groups" of them. Its odd to go miles then see a group of them then nothing again for a spell. Some were 10-12 in count but a few times there must have been 40-50 in various farm fields between 79, 80 and rt 11. Thanks. I may have not noticed em driving home if they had not first showed up here.

Same thing I've seen all over... Monday I went from home to Cleveland, then Cleveland to Perrysburg Tuesday (Hi Mike), then Perrysburg to Cinci today, and finally back home. They're all over the place, but mostly near something that funnels the wind like Sam said - buildings, fencerows, treelines. Then most, but not all of them, were on some sort of slope. You'd see groups of a few to large groups of 100's. The biggest I saw was probably the size of an exercise ball, but most ranged from softball to basketball size. Pretty cool seeing the ones with hollow cores that you could look through!
