Went out tonight with the vid cam. It wouldn't record but got some grainy pics of some nice bucks. One being hopefully mid 60's and another being 50's. The stud never came out though.

There where 31 deer in the field tonight. Lots of bucks. Lots of 110-120" bucks too. Which means I have to find sheds there this spring.

I haven't seen 31 different deer combined from all the spots I scout in the last month. That is awesome. Good luck on tagging one of those studs!

I haven't seen 31 deer total around my hunting area the past 5 months combined! Those are some very impressive groups of bucks Tay! Hope you kill a slunger this season, good luck!

They also came out with these new things called trail cameras. They say if you just hang it on a tree where you are seeing deer it will somehow set off a motion sensor when something walks past and take a picture!!! Just hard assin you Taylor nice deer haha.

That's crazy dude. I've been hitting the fields on these cool nights and STILL have not seen more than 2 bucks in a field together and have not seen more than 10 deer in an evening. To this day, I have never seen a bachelor group of bucks bigger than 3 in the summer.

Seriously? There's a group of 4 every evening I can almost see from the front yard lol. I've been watching a nice droptine buck as well but he is not hunt able. The gf and I went a few nights ago and saw 74 deer driving around from 7:30-9 on the back roads here. Last winter I saw 92 deer on one road. 10 mile road full of cut corn fields right after a storm but it was a lot of deer.
We are going back tonight in hopes of seeing the big one and getting some better pictures.

I've seen as many impressive bachelor groups (4+ P&Ys) together as I have Booners. Zero. I've been out 4 nights now from 7-9PM with temps 70 or below watching fresh cut hay and lushish beans fields. I've not seen over a 100" buck and no more than 10 deer total. Places where I used to see 15-20 deer in the summer, I see 2-3. We seriously have very few deer left here and this summer proves it more than any other.

A funny looking short main beam buck I couldn't tell if he was a young deer or just goofy. He wouldn't let me get a decent pic

A big one came out right before dark. Too dark to get a good pic.




Right after he came out a stud came out on the other end of the field he was 350 yards away and I could not get the camera to pick him up. Through my binocs he made these deer look small.
