Got to meet yet another TOOzer and had a good visit and learned a few things that will surely help this season. Thanks again Rick and the offer still stands if your up around this way again.

Been juggling plenty. Still on my feet. Tonight my daughter was at tryouts for a softball team. She was invited to join the team. It means traveling to Holland twice a week for practice but it will be some amazing coaching and individualized training. Soccer year round for our son. Softball year round for our daughter. Lord, help us. Proud of them both, but man is it going to be more on our plates! I hardly know whether I am coming or going now. Plenty of people not as fortunate out there. Very blessed to have healthy, happy children.

Was definitely nice meeting you Adam. My only regret is we only had a couple hours. Had a great time and the laughs were much needed. Looking forward to the next meeting for sure!

Sweet to see that for your daughter!! Let the juggling begin for sure! What age group is she under and what team? My daughter's team is planning to head to Ohio a couple times in the Spring/Summer, 16U and her team is Prospects out of Chesterfield Mi.

She turns 13 next month. Will be on the u14 team Chuck. The Wizards i believe is what they are called. Coach told us they do a lot of tournaments. Ohio mainly. They have played in MI though. Guess we will see what comes of it. We just want to give her the opportunity to get some coaching she won't get on a rec team.

Good stuff guys. I got my arrow crossing arrows in the mails today, and I love em! This is at 25 yards. One of my best groups I've ever shot, besides the odd ball over there. If anyone is in the market for arrows these guys are awesome.

Looking good Jake!

What's good here? Cool weather! Feels great to enjoy being outside again. My girl is riding her quad around while I shoot the bow. She couldn't resist giving the deer a hug. After she did, she turns around and says: "Aww, cute." lmao

I sold a decent job today and then afterwards got permission to hunt. Only 8 acres but it's surrounded by hundreds of acres of bean fields and has a creek with a thicket that looks like a magnet for deer. Landowner confirmed that there is a ton of deer activity and nobody has hunted it in years and years. As long as the job goes smooth and they're happy, I will probably go next week and hang a stand. :smiley_coolpeace:

Ya buddy! My best spot is only 8 acres of woods with a creek and a huge thicket too the east, and its surrounded by crops on 2 sides. The farm too the south don't allow hunting. Look at aerials if you can. Hang that stand and stay out til late October!

Putting in my two week notice today. I have had two jobs in my life, about to make it 3. Starting out for more money, insurance I can afford, and is 18 miles closer to my house. The owner fishes and is gun guy. Woo hoo!

I don't blame you on the better coaching!! Real good coaching sure makes a difference at that age too with girls as by now they are more inspired to work hard. We have friends from Michigan that are on a Wizards 190 16U team there in NW Ohio, could be the same club. VERY competitive team and then some!!
