Only had a small 4 point come in at 8am....walked right across my stand at 5 yards and remained upwind of me the whole time...never got picked off either...was hoping to see his grandpa but no dice this morning...had to get home and make breakfast for my Bday!

No worry's about me getting busted tonight I took extra time washed clothes again last night smoked up get too the woods wind was perfect but now its swirling and the house back up towards the road must be doing laundry all I smell besides smoke is some damn flowery crap like its coming from there dryer. I'd say the deer are use to that tho.

Got busted by a doe but I'm curious. Once again I did a half ass smoke cuz I fell asleep and woke up at 4:30 lol well she wrapped around behind me. I'm bout 18ft up and she was 5yds behind me(downwind). She snorted softly and walked off 60 yds(no longer downwind) then slowly trotted flagging her tail. Was it me she smelled? My clothes were smoked good this AM then I hung em outside till my evening sit.

I was right. Only problem was it was a yote and out of range. That fugger will die in a couple weeks.

Broke down and bought a new crossbow tonight after getting tired of struggling with trying to get the other one to work. Little fine tuning in the morning and checking the broadheads after sleeping in and I will be out in the woods tomorrow evening with 100x the confidence in my equipment.
