It was a good time, glad that I got to meet many new faces.
I will definitely put the outings on the calendar from here on out.

I'm glad he enjoys camp Brock. He's a good kid and seems to have fun with all of us old guys and isn't afraid to jump in on a conversation or bust your chops lol.

Give Joe a couple mason jars and a couple hours and he will teach a person many things about life lmao.

Yeah. Sadly my comedic ramblings have no filter after getting in to jesses mason jars, ricks sunny D, and the beers I had prior. I always feel like I should call and apologize to those in attendance regardless of how funny it was. The next day at woodburry I had to correct Travis after his correct usage of the word chink in a sentence and explain that it's racist and you can't call people that regardless of what your drunk uncle said telling stories around the fire. After this trip I wouldn't know where to begin as the topics were quite broad.

Brock, just tell mason I'm a foul mouthed drunk southerner and accept my apologies if you're questioned on why exactly two girls would share the same cup for such antics. Or why someone would want to hire a posse of hung midgets to run around the woods naked. It didn't dawn on me he was just right there in the tent.

There is no apology required. He's been witness to far worse I'll assure you of that. If I were a good enough parent to worry about filtering what his young mind takes in, I wouldn't bring him! He told his mom, "Some of those fellas cuss as much as you". :). You know that boy, you should know there's no need to filter with him.

Well thanks Rick, that was nice of you to say. The point I was trying to make was that I don't see the reasoning behind trying to shelter kids from adults acting like kids. Grown men blowing off steam at deer camp is one of the great American traditions. No one should be ashamed of having a good time in that environment, as long as that good time doesn't involve actually recruiting midgets and turtles to actually participate in the manner formerly described. :). BtW, while hanging a cam today I saw a frustrated looking box turtle, saving his energy to go over a log most likely.
