Well we pulled back until morning. Found his bed within 70 yds or so and then found another about 50 yds further. Found arrow at impact and complete pass thru. Called neighbor and secured permission incase he makes it off our property. He was the one we were chasing after our #1 got busted during gun season I believe.

Probably should of went with my gut and waited until am and he may have died in that 1st bed! I was thinking about the game and school tomorrow and coyotes. I'm off tomorrow and I'll give it my all to find his deer!

Thanks for the words of encouragement! Andrew seemed to think he hit him a little back. My first thought was liver but I couldn't see as he was on my side of blind. He made a 40 yd shot free hand as he wasn't able to use his rest. He deserves this one, I've lost count but this was close to Andrews 60th sit of this season I think! It has been one the hardest years around here that I've ever experienced!
