2015 Summer Gathering - Mingo Sportsman Club - July 24-26

Quads are good to go. The camping area isn't near the clubhouse. The trail we ride doesn't go past it either.
If quads are used to get to the archery range, we will be going past the clubhouse. In that case we just have to use common courtesy and obey speed limits and such.
We have a great group here, so I'm sure we won't have any issues.
Everything is confirmed and ready to roll.

Awesome! My raptor will play nice when it goes past the clubhouse. I might have to take Friday off so I can get down there and have plenty of time to hang out, I work afternoons.

Can anybody else smell the campfire smoke, taste the great food and beers around the fire.

I'll have to wait to talk to my oldest daughter tonight but I'm pretty sure she has to be moved into Western Florida University for her grad school that weekend. If I'm back to work she is screwed since I work Tuesday-Saturday lol. The wife has to work and can't take off at all since her co-worker needed that week off for something before we found out my daughter was offered a position and excepted it. If I'm back to work I won't have any vacation time to take off for the outing or to help her move in.

LMAO
I realize I missed some folks but these are the ones that usually make it to the bow shoot weekend. Hope the others can make it this year TOO!

Damn Ric, you're really twisting our arms here with the detail...lol. At least I'll be attending my other deer camp's annual spring fling campout this weekend to help me get thru your vivid description. I just bought two pork butts & a boat load of wings for my smoker to share. So take THAT !....lol
Talked to my oldest daughter to see if we can get her moved in the weekend before so I can still make it but, I won't know for sure until she finds out in a couple weeks from the school.
Got your text... Can't see why Thursday evening would be an issue. I'd say anytime Thursday evening and I would be fine. Nobody will be using the location during the week anyway.

Well I was informed last night that the wife and I are taking the kids and there significant others too the beach over that weekend.... She surprised me with the news last night.... Was going too say have fun as I have plans that weekend but thought better of it lol.....
Really kind of bummed in a way as I've not made a summer gathering yet but if it's anything like the strouds one it'll be a great one.....
If anything changes I'll be there but it's not looking good for now.....

Kevin made me check my calendar today and I see my son has a BB tournament that weekend. Not too sure what I'll do as they're only in 4 tourneys this year.
