He sold it today. He called my ass while I was out at our land tilling up the ground for my fall plot but I didn't answer, he probably wanted my help. I don't know how much he got for it yet, but I'll find out later. What a Dumbass LOL.

That's terrible he sold it. Would be interesting to really know how much he lost on this whole thing

He at least lost $600. He's really getting himself into some shit with this woman, and he don't even know it. That poon has his ass hypnotized.

The funny thing about this thread is that I have never seriously considered getting a safe...figured that was way down the road...until last week in Vances when the wife declared she would like one with shelves for pictures and heirlooms. Ok...I can deal with that!

There ya go. So that won't count as one of the "gifts" you bought for yourself. That's a win win right there!

We were the same way, I had a glass front gun cabinet and several corners in the closets what would I need one for I always thought. That was until we found our screen cut a couple years ago when someone started to break in while we were down in Ohio one weekend. Was glad we didn't put the dogs in the kennel that weekend as we usually would but my MIL offered to watch them. Pretty sure that's the only thing that kept them out that time.

Buy a safe door and block wall a corner of your basement. Insulate the walls, ceiling, and the floor. Put in dehumifier. When laying up the block walls fill the block cavity with cement and some rebar rods won't help. You only have to slow a thief down.

Since he has about 1900 in his pocket is going to buy a safe that fits?
