i went to a spot last week that hadnt been hunted yet and found my camera gone and a rope tied to my stand so someone had took my camera and hunted my stand, i been keeping an eye on it now and for their sake i hope i dont catch them

I have an old old wild game that I will be hanging up as a decoy cam.
I am going to use tree steps to get up a tree and angle one or two down on decoy cams. Also going to have wireless cams on my home/barn. I should catch them soon if they come back. Or shoot them. haha

thanks I could use them but I have a few at the farm of my own. I rather have you give them to someone who doesn't have a couple and needs some decoy cams!

Sorry to hear about this. Seems like the way some people live every day. Thieves are the scum off the bottom of the barrel. Up my way they operate in a different fashion though. They stand at every street corner with cardboard signs that state "Homeless and Hungry GOD BLESS". What they are to stupid to realize is that God does Bless those that get off their butt and make something of themselves. One nasty looking chick sets right by a sign that says The Job Center with an arrow pointing in the direction to go. She evidently can't read. I'll have to take a photo of her and post it up.

Well guess what.
I got the camera back! Turns out kid down the road is mentally challenged. Caught him taking firewood 7am Sunday morning. I questioned him and he denied it. Cops showed up and he gave everything back to me. His parents are real good people and apologized. They don't understand why he leaves their property, they own like 10 acres. Either way. This time I got lucky and got it back!

Ya gotta love when you call police and describe the guy you saw they responsd " of that's so and so we'll send someone over"
Kid doesn't mean to be harmful but also needs to understand boundaries. His parents seem to be great people who will help him a lot.
Overall happy how things turned out.
