Love smoked fish dip.. One of the best i've found is Smilin Bob's from Key West. If you have an ABC liquor store anywhere near you, they usually carry it.

When I cook a big batch at home it is possible to end in a fist fight. I'm know around the house for dip. There is an art to it but man is it worth the effort.
