Yeah, that's the only bad thing about the location. Needs some big maples and such to provide some shade. Nothing good grows in that old stripped ground though.

In all seriousness, I'm going to try and avoid the topic of selling it until after the shoot.

In regard to driving the Jeep, only Ric isn't allowed. Although, that bar on the front should keep him safe.
