You get a M100U and you won't want to sit in anything else! I have several millennium brackets in trees that way I can hunt out of my M100U all the time. Feels like I'm sitting in my recliner at home lol

Slam do you se the ratchet strap or chain brackets. I see millennium sells both. Thanks

I have 6 chain brackets and a ratchet bracket that fluteman gave me at the summer shoot. I haven't tried the ratchet yet but Flutie says it gives your stand a springboard effect when you stand near the end of it. I can tell you that the chain brackets are rock solid, that's what I would get if I were you.

Just a side bar on the m100u. For a while, they shipped with the strap receiver. Dad got his yesterday, and it came with the chain! That's a big thumbs up!

I replaced the ratchet on mine. It eliminated the spring board effect and IMO, is easier to use than the chain in a mobile set up. That said, I prefer the chain when I'm leaving the bracket in place.

I think I'll replace the strap on the one Flutie have me, I'd like to take the ratchet bracket to Missouri.

Can I get the chain by itself. I'm afraid of heights and having that thing be tipsy won't work.

I disassembled one of the heavy duty camo ratchets I bought from Home Depot that had loops to coordinate with the bolts on the bracket. It has a brass ratchet that's fairly quiet.
