I have carried a leatherman blast with me for the last four years... i used and abused it for most of that time... well two weeks ago the locking clip that kept the knife secured broke. Per thier own 25 year warranty i sent the tool back to Oregon and today i had a brand new one waiting in my mailbox. They even upgraded me due to the fact that they dont produce that knife anymore.

This is a product i recommend to everyone... extremely happy with the customer service i received from them
