Can you send a link to your post where you asked anyone a question or the name whom you PM'd and asked for help. I can assure you that someone would have gladly answered any questions you had. The bolded sentence makes absolutely no sense.
What is the "help working this system" that you need assistance with? Might as well use this thread to get them answered.
I know I was never sent a PM and I couldn't find any other post that had any questions in it. That's why I was lost on this issue.
