Live from the stand!

Heard maybe half a dozen shots so far. Most have been far off. Two were close maybe neighboring property.

No action in these woods. Couple squirrel early that's it. Going to sit tight for another hour then go back to camp to eat.
Only 10 shots heard between the two of us so far. Either theres no deer or nobody hunting them. Never in my life heard this few shots on opener. Im not complaining though. Had a nice 2.5 yo at 7 yards sitting on the ground. Good morning so far.
One spike so far. More gobbling than I heard all spring.
Yes! I heard what I swear was a bunch of gobbling off in the distance too.
Had 2 spikes,one button buck and a big ole nanny,
Heard probally two dozen or more shots, one real close about 300 yds after one spike walked that way,(bout jumped out of tree).
I thought i was hearing things, but appearently not with others hearing gobblings this morning.
Thinking about calling it quits until this gun seasons over as we don't use guns.
Kinda makes me nervous.
OH by the way i did see an amish guy walking across the rd with a half deer over his shoulder, never seen that....was a first.
