Is that really that many? I just need to cross off the North East Ohio boys, which I will do this summer (OhioSam, Riverdude, CJD, Badger). Dan the Man and COB are two others on my must-meet list. I'm sure that there are a few others that I'm missing (anyone that was at the BEC shoot last year)

I don't think we've sat down & had a beer yet, but that day will come I'm sure.

I think the only two guys that I've officially met so far have been Jesse & Redcloud, but it sure feels like I've met more. I probably talked to a few guys last year at the Cardinal Center but I didn"t do a very good job of introducing myself. This year will be a little different.

Kaiser & I tried to get together a few times for hunts last year but it never worked out. Again, this year will be different on that one.

Longdraw & I hunt together so I guess that kinda counts...

I might be meeting up with huntn2 on Friday if I'm up near University Heights, if not I'll probably catch up with him for lunch sometime when I'm up in Cleveland for work.

Just got word that I'll be in charge of all the in-field land work on a 5.5 mile pipeline that is vital to our future Marcellus drilling. This will be my chance to shine for the new bosses and possibly my chance to show I can take over for my boss when he retires in a couple of years. I'm super pumped! Not only is it a big project, but it plays into my strengths as a landman. If can knock this thing out and do a killer job, it'll pave roads for me that I'll be more than willing to walk!!!

If you haven't heard of Keenan Cahill, you need to watch this video. He has a rare genetic disease that keep parts of his body from growing at the same rate as the rest of his body. You know a kid like this has had a tough time in life with just his medical condition, let alone dealing with the cruelty of kids his age and the haters he has encountered following his new found fame. He started making lip syncing videos and putting them on YouTube and it wasn't long before a few of them went viral. I watched an interview with him and you could tell how happy it made him to be doing these videos and entertaining people. While it's not exactly something for everyone, it puts a smile on my face knowing how much fun this kid had doing this video. Hats off to Brian Wilson and Cody Ross of the Giants for helping this kid get away from his problems for a little while and enjoy the hell out of life in the process...
