Just about every trip to Erie we've been seeing eagles, some mature some not yet... This one was molting and looked like he'd be out on a serious binge drinking event lol...
He sat there and let us fish right along side of him and never flew away... Just watched us.... Had a little nervous feeling as I was hoping he wasn't eyeing us up for a meal lol....

Taking my grandpas boat out with him today for the first time since my grandma passed 5 years ago. It'll be good to see it on the water. Any fish will be a bonus
Gonna have a houseFULL starting mid week. In-laws are brining 3 kids with them this trip. 3 kids that have never left AK...or their parents. Should be a great couple of weeks. The oldest is planning on spending the summer with us. We will see if that ends up being more kids or he goes home after the two weeks. Gonna get the truck and camper all cleaned up today and triple check all the needs. Probably end up dragging this thing all over the state for them to explore and build memories!
I've worked my ass off my entire life for days like the ones to come. Makes it all worth it. Get these little cousins together, forget about money and truly enjoy life. #allaboutthekids
Got some grass stains today playing wiffle ball against a bunch of kids. Had more fun then I can remember!
Doesn't feel so great today, lol! Running, diving catches, and sliding in my condition hurts the next day. Worth EVERY second though. Memories those kids will likely never forget.
Great times for sure Dave! Yes, we don't bounce back as fast as we use to!
