I shot a coyote down through the shoulders about 30 min ago. Only seen a small doe this morning. Time to move. Its happening somewhere and that somewhere ain't here.

I have seen 7 and my brother in law has seen 9. He shot an 8 pt. Earlier but I told him to stay put until 10. I will go help him and be staying out today until 3 then I have daddy duties.

Best hunt of the year so far. Chasing, grunting, close encounters... no big ones within range but that was by far the most eventful hunt of the season for me so far. Have to go to work but I'm going to try and sit all day Friday.
