I ain’t real sure what’s going on here...

One thing for sure, MEAT in the freezer! Lessons learned and something new done in that garage! Congrats on a new beginning boys.

Lol we would post the pictures of the boobies but it's against the rules. Should've shown up. Lol. It was a good time. Still a little work left.
 
Just like I told you, it all gets chewed up anyways, doesn’t matter what it looks like. Still meat and will make a turd.

Yes even though I have a commercial slicer, if we are only cutting up one deer I will often cut the steaks by hand. They don't look as pretty, but they still taste the same.

One thing that helps if you are cutting up by hand is to put the chunks of meat on a cookie sheet and set in the freezer. When the meat is firm but not froze it is easier to cut up nice steaks.
