Ain't the gators ya gotta worry about, its the fat ole cottonmouth or a timber rattler snugged up under a palmetto that'll get ya. When flat marshy areas get flooded like that it concentrates the snakes on the remaining dry patches.

We back in after taking the raining evening off. Six of us hunting today. It warmed up and low is 55 right now. Fog has set in but not bad in the woods.

Everyone is in a “known tree except for me. I picked one out this morning and said that will be the one. Doesn’t matter as we hunting the green sea and these deer travel all through them. My shots will be close.

Anytime! I can’t promise you will see deer like in Ohio, but you will see deer. All types of swampy areas and we have 90k ares of nwr that is almost all bow hunting.
